Must Watch!

I am very lazy to blog actually but I don wan anyone to miss this Singapore movie. A very good movie. It's funny and oso tragic. I think this is the first time i cry like a cow in a cinema. The part when the mother (Lai Ming) was sick...that is so sad lo..... This is a movie that can make you laugh then cry then laugh again then cry again........ Ok,la...dun wan reveal too much...go check it out yourself.Another movie which i recommend is Death Race... Jason Statham so sexy lo...especially his voice. A bit violence but really excited lo...It's a car race which involve inmates to brutalize and kill one another on the road to victory.

Another Hong Kong veteran make it to Hollywood

He is Anthony Wong Chau Sang featuring the latest blockbuster The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor. I didn't read about The Mummy review so i didn't knew that he was one of the villains in this movie. And i can't recall seeing him in the trailer. He is a great actor. I still remember he won himself 2 awards in the movie Initial D where his role were mostly drunk and sleeping. How many ppl can do that? wakakaka...

Although his role in the mummy was not a big role but at least we get to see him from the beginning till the end of movie. Unlike Edison Chen in the Dark Knight. Did you guys realize he was in that movie? They didn't even show half of his face...I think they only show quarter of his face... Actually i didn't knew it was him...but i can recognize his voice. I told hubby it was him but hubby tot i was just guessing bah! When finish watching the movie none of hubby's friend realize he was in the movie. Then i tot maybe there's someone else sound like him. But later i found out that i was right it was him........

Ok.. back to the movie The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon emperor. Erm... i feel the movie was so-so only...I think i prefer the previous Mummy. I saw a review about this movie they describe this movie as a knock-off for Indiana Jones... Nah...I still prefer Indiana Jones the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

As for Anthony i was checking out his Filmography in wikipedia, minus the year of 1985 and 1989.... His annual contribution were at least 3 movies per year. But this year only one movie... Maybe his payout for this Hollywood blockbuster equal to 3 movies in the Hong Kong entertainment.......

Another crap movie: Wanted

Previously when watching other movies, I saw Wanted trailer. The trailer was impressive and actress was Angelina Jolie.

So we ( hubby and the gang) went to watch Wanted last night. Well, two words to describe this movie " hau siao" not in mandarin ar ...in hokkien... Real crap.. Every tot this gonna be one of the must watch movie... cos the auditorium was full house. But when the movie finish... most of the guys shouted " hau siao"...walau... real dissapointment

Crap Movie: Doomsday

I had been watching movies over the weekend for the continuosly 3 weeks. The first week i watch: Indiana Jones ..2nd week : The Incredible Hulk 2 and 3rd week that was jus last weekend i watch Doomsday.....

The first two movies was alrite but Doomsday is a total crap! No offense to those that love the movie. For me this movie is too violence...too much blood and slashing of flesh... And there are certain part which doesn't make sense.

The movie started with an infection story something like 28 weeks later. But the infection/virus is not the focus of the movie. It is more on the survivors of the infection/virus. It is a mix of action, comedy, horror and even political commentary.

It was not a hit movie and i wouldn't had watch it if not for my hubby. His friend is dating some chick to a movie and they wanted to go out in group. So they simply choose a movie. So siao to bring chick watch this movie...Watch la, Kung Fu Panda! And the worst is the chick ffk him....wasted one ticket and waste our money and time for this crap movie..... Sigh!

I love Narnia

Last Saturday, I went to watch The Chronicles Of Narnia: Prince Caspian. That is the reason why i "cabut" halfway when listening to PGHK live recording. It was worth it to skip the live recording cos the movie was awesome.


If you guys had watch their first adventure The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. You sud briefly know the story.In this adventure,the Pevensie siblings (Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy) are pulled back in by Susan's magic horn. They find that hundreds of years have passed and Narnia is now ruled by the bloodthirsty General Miraz, uncle to the true heir, Prince Caspian, who is now in exile. The children must find Caspian and help him get rid of Miraz.

My favourite character of Narnia of cos is Azlan- the lion........Ah Leng say he would wish to have Azlan as a pet....haha.. I wish too............

We went to watch Narnia in gsc- Gurney Plaza. They are giving away miniature Narnia glass if you purchase the combo popcorn. My hubby fren bought the combo popcorn and he gave me the glass.

Each week they give away diff character. I was lucky i get Azlan............

From young I love fiction story.... I remember my first favourite fiction is The Wizard of Oz. In this movie I dun have any favourite character but i would love to have Dorothy's ruby slippers.

The Wizard of oz is a very old fiction back in 1939.... Some of you might have not watch it... I remember i watch it from tv in TV3 when i was still in primary school.

Another fiction i love in the olden days is The Neverending Story. This one i bet a lot of you have watch it. My favourite character of cos is ........................
I forgotten the name of this character. Ah Leng called it the dog that can fly....... I miss all these movies... I would love to watch it again.........

Anyway, The Chronicles of Narnia consist of 7 series.... So i guess there are more adventures to come!

Kung Fu Dunk VS CJ7

I had watched both movies. Of course i like Kung Fu Dunk more la cos my idol Jay Chou in the movie ma. CJ7 is funny though but its more like a "ginna" movie lo.

Let start with Kung Fu Dunk. Starring-Jay Chou, Charlene Choi, Wilson Chen, Eric Tsang and bla bla bla. In this movie got many "yeng" chai. Jay is very cute and active in this movie. The movie was screen in cantonese and of cos the voice of Jay's character was not his voice. I personally think if they uses the same voice that dub Jay's voice in Initial D, it would be better. I like this movie, and would definetely watch it again. In fact i will watching again tonight. If you like Shaolin Soccer, you will like Kung Fu Dunk.

As for CJ7, starring- Stephen Chow, Xu Jiao, Kitty Cheng, Lam Chi Chung and bla bla bla. CJ7 is a funny movie and Alien CJ7 is very cute. Though is a bit "tak logic" but my aunt told me since when Stephen Chow movie is logic eh. True oso la.... But this is not a movie that i will watch again. Jus not my type of movie...........

Anyway, i saw a few trailers in cinema for upcoming movies. There are a few i would like to watch like Narnia, Ah Long Pte Ltd and a few more but forgotten the title.
