Yoga - First lesson

As most of you knew i started my first yoga lesson last Sunday... It was great and i was having fun... I didn't knew that i gonna sweat that much.. And I was surprised after all those stretching i didn't suffer from any muscle ache. Usually i will have muscle ache after workout. Although this is not an intensive workouts...but i was expecting to suffer the next day...but...haha..Thank god!

So our Jepunlauee requested that i will post bout my Yoga Class as she was interested and curious. Ok, let start with the fees. I paid RM 30 for the enrollment fee and i had to buy my own yoga mat.This is my yoga mat price at RM 59.90. Actually i wanted to buy a cheaper one at Tesco but it was out of stock! So laku! So many ppl learn yoga! Actually i found a cheaper one at Studio R but the quality not so good lo...

The monthly fees are RM 50. Its an hour class on every Sunday. And was conducted in a small group ..less than 10 ppls... And only ladies.....

Yoga is mainly looked upon as a set of techniques useful for achieving fitness in daily life and prevention and cure of sime specific diseases or disorders. I am not sure which type of yoga i am learning now but i assume its Hatha Yoga. There are different variety of Yoga..e.g Power Yoga, Bikram Yoga etc.... My first lesson which i sweat a lot. I can't remember when was the last time i sweat this much. I was taught the basic postures and did a few postures for circulatory systems and release tensions.The good thing about Yoga is you can sweat by not feeling exhausted. Unlike workouts in gym , aerobics or kickboxing etc......

These are some of the postures i learn in my first lesson... We did partner yoga for the shoulder stand with our partners supporting our legs.

Yoga, anyone?

I didn't realize it was May adi... When i check my blog archive...i found out that last month i blog less. My average posting for every month was 20 post but April i blog less only 16 post. Cos April, was really unlucky month for my pc...first was the virus then connection problem and then now the "tingkap" problem.......

This time i dunno any other way except to reformat.......I had back-up all the important files to an online storage.... But before i reformat...i need to get some softwares first...

I'll be starting my first lesson of Yoga this Sunday. Looking forward to it....... Yoga is something i wanna to try long time ago finally i manage sign up myself for the lesson. I hope i will take it seriously as many said it will be good for my health. This is the pose i dream to strike. Hahaha!
